Did you hear what Dave Ramsey said?

In his recent Town Hall for Hope televison event, Dave Ramsey said something that is worth repeating over and over...especially to folks unsure about timing.  He said "now is the absolute best time to buy a house".   Ramsey has a huge following and hearing someone outside our industry say to "buy now" may be all it takes to get them off the fence before the great deals are gone.  If you havent already watched the video, take a look at it yourself, it is packed with information that you can pass along to your client base.
