Inside Bob Jones University

Realtors and guests of Dynamic Realty went on a tour of Bob Jones University April 30 as part of its weekly Community Connection series. Brian Scoles, public relations manager for the 4,100-student liberal arts university, gave a briefing on the school's background and outreach efforts. "There's a reputation out there that we are closed off to the community and we are trying to get around that," he said. "We do have a lot of things that could add value to the community." For example, the school recently held its annual Living Gallery, in which famous works of art are recreated for the public in three-dimensional, human scale. "This Easter was our twelfth season," Scoles said. "Sometimes we bring in between 15,000-20,000 people."
